Double Block and Bleed Valves replace existing traditional techniques employed by pipeline engineers to generate a double block and bleed configuration in the pipeline with one compact valve assembly containing all the required valves. DBB valves are designed to reduce potential leakage points, reduce weight, reduce space, avoid multiple valves, reduce height, cost saving, compact assembly, reduce installation time, minimal maintenance, creates more operational and safety working environment specifically for oil and gas, petrochemical, and power generation industry.

Floating API 6A Ball Valve

Floating API 6A Ball Valve has compact structure, and stable sealing performance. Due to the reliable seating and low friction coefficient, the valve can be opened and closed quickly with 90 degree twisting stroke, which can be operated directly by the handle for small size. Compared with gate valve and globe valve of the same size, the ball valve is smaller, light in weight and convenient for pipeline installation.

Cylindric Plug Valve

The plug body of cylindric plug valve is in cylindrical shape, which makes up a sealing pair with the tapered hole surface of valve body. Cylindric plug valve is generally sealed in four ways, namely, sealant, valve plug expansion, O-ring, eccentric plug wedges into valve seat.

Tapered Plug Valve

The plug body of tapered plug valve is in tapered shape, which makes up a sealing pair with the tapered hole surface of valve body. The leakage gap for sealing pair of tapered plug valve can be adjusted by pressing the valve plug into valve seat. When valve plug close contact to valve body, valve plug can rotate too, or lift it and rotate 90 degrees from valve seat before rotating, and then press to seal.

Dual Completion Wellhead System

CHOKE MANIFOLD

Choke manifold is a necessary device to control the well kick successfully and execute the pressure control technology on oil/gas well in the course of drilling, as it is, the device is adopted to execute new drilling-well' s technique of balance pressure, which can avoid pollution of oil-layer, improve the speed of drilling and control blowout effectively. One end of the device connects with the side flange of BOP spool. When BOP closes, it can control the finite pressure from casing by adjusting the choke valve' s opening, so balanced drilling can work under minimum pressure difference.

KILL MANIFOLD

In case of increase of the well head pressure, the kill manifold can provide means of pumping heavy drilling fluid into the well to balance bottom hole pressure so that well kick and blowout can be prevented. In this case, the increasing well head pressure also can be released directly through blowdown lines connected to the kill manifold to release bottom hole pressure, or the water and extinguishing agent can be injected into the well using the kill manifold. The check valves on the kill manifold only allow injection of kill fluid or other fluids into the well bore through themselves but prohibit any backflow so as to perform the kill operation or other operations.
